# NutriSync Commercial Partner Radar
## Advertising, Sponsorship, Co-Branding and Consented Lead Generation

**Version 1.0 | 13 August 2026**
**Confidential - NutriSync Collective**

Reconstructed from the 9 August 2026 monetisation discussion and updated against Proposal 32, the NutriSync trust architecture and current public company status.

> **Core commercial principle:** NutriSync can sell trusted context, reach, content, activation and voluntary referrals. It must never sell or expose a user's private health, cycle, meal, location, mood or wearable profile.

> **Document status:** Strategic recommendation, not legal advice. Every campaign involving health claims, medicines, medical devices, supplements or special-category data requires Spain/EU legal and clinical review before launch.

## Executive recommendation

NutriSync should preserve the option of a **free, sponsor-supported tier** and a **paid, fully ad-free premium tier**, but it should not copy the conventional mobile-advertising model. The right design is a direct, curated partner programme with a small number of approved brands, clearly labelled placements and strict separation between commercial content and the personal recommendation engine.

The immediate Spain-first commercial radar should prioritise **Essity, Procter & Gamble, Danone, Decathlon, Kenvue and Myprotein**. A second wave should target **Oura, Garmin, WHOOP, Haleon, Bayer Consumer Health and lululemon**. **HelloFresh should remain an international/future-market prospect rather than a current Spain target**, because its official Spanish site states that the final delivery date was 17 March 2026. **Johnson & Johnson should be approached last as a strategic innovation, research and health-equity partner, not as the primary consumer-advertising entity.**

The decisive distinction is between **Kenvue** and **Johnson & Johnson**. Kenvue is the everyday consumer-health company and is the stronger route for sponsorship, product trial, coupons and consumer campaigns. Johnson & Johnson is now focused on Innovative Medicine and MedTech, making it better suited to non-promotional education, maternal-health or health-equity programmes, clinical validation and innovation partnerships.

## 1. Strategic intent

A carefully controlled partner model can do four useful jobs for NutriSync:

- Fund the free tier without weakening the usefulness of the core product.
- Let women trial NutriSync before converting to an ad-free premium subscription.
- Give selected brands a credible route into women's daily wellbeing through useful education, events, offers and distribution.
- Reduce acquisition cost through partner channels such as pharmacies, employers, universities, clinics, retail and community activations.

The model becomes destructive when advertising is personalised from sensitive data, when sponsors influence recommendations, or when the user cannot distinguish editorial guidance from paid content. Trust is therefore not a communications wrapper; it is the commercial architecture.

## 2. Recommended commercial model

| Commercial form | What the partner buys | What the user sees | Best-fit prospects |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Contextual sponsorship | Defined inventory in a general content area, market or campaign period | Clearly labelled sponsor card or series; not selected from private health data | Essity, P&G, Danone, Haleon, Bayer, Kenvue |
| Category partnership | Time-bound association with one category and agreed activation rights | A named founding or category partner with explicit sponsorship labelling | Essity/P&G, Danone, Decathlon, Kenvue |
| Co-branded activation | Event, class, challenge, recipe series, workshop or community programme | Joint branding and a clear description of the partner role | Decathlon, lululemon, Garmin, WHOOP, Danone |
| Affiliate or product offer | User-initiated click, purchase or voucher redemption | Separate offer card; no paid change to personal recommendations | Myprotein, Decathlon, Oura, Garmin, meal partners |
| Consented lead/referral | A lead only after the user knowingly submits a form | Partner name, purpose and transferred fields shown before submission | Clinics, pharmacies, selected consumer-health or service partners |
| Distribution partnership | Access codes, sponsored memberships, pilot recruitment or physical distribution | NutriSync access through a trusted channel | Employers, universities, pharmacies, clinics, retailers |
| Innovation/research partnership | Pilot funding, validation, evidence or pathway design | Usually no consumer advertising; a governed programme | Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, Kenvue, labs, universities |

### Revenue mechanics

- Fixed campaign or sponsorship fee.
- Category partnership fee, with exclusivity priced separately and used sparingly.
- Production and event budget.
- Affiliate or CPA payment for a user-initiated purchase.
- Consented CPL only where the user explicitly chooses to submit information to the named partner.
- Institutional pilot, research, grant or distribution funding.
- Premium subscription conversion from an ad-free proposition.

NutriSync should **not** begin with open programmatic advertising, behavioural ad auctions, cross-app identifiers or a third-party ad SDK. Those tools create unnecessary privacy, consent, security and trust exposure before the audience and economics are proven.

## 3. Commercial trust covenant

The current NutriSync position - that private data is not sold or used for advertising - remains the correct foundation. A future sponsor-supported plan needs more precise wording so users understand that contextual sponsorship may appear while their private profile remains outside the advertising system.

### Recommended user-facing wording

> **Your data works for you - not for advertisers.** NutriSync never sells your personal data or uses your health, cycle, meal, location, mood or wearable information to choose ads. The free plan may include a small number of clearly labelled sponsored messages selected by general context such as the content section, language, market and campaign period. Premium is ad-free. A partner receives your details only when you knowingly submit them.

### Recommended "Why am I seeing this?" wording

> You are seeing this because you are viewing general NutriSync content available in Spain. It was not selected from your cycle, symptoms, meals, mood, location, wearable data or personal recommendations.

### Data that must never drive advertising

- Cycle dates, phase, flow, symptoms, pain, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause or inferred life stage.
- Diagnoses, medications, clinician interactions, laboratory results or medical escalation signals.
- Meal photographs, foods logged, dietary restrictions, weight, body composition or inferred body goals.
- Mood, energy, sleep, stress, HRV, heart rate, location, routines or wearable records.
- Community posts that were not explicitly published for commercial reuse.
- Any derived personal score, risk flag, propensity, vulnerability or segment based on sensitive data.

The EU Digital Services Act prohibits online platforms from presenting advertisements based on profiling using special-category data. GDPR Article 9 also places health and related data in a highly protected category. NutriSync should adopt the stricter rule as a product invariant, regardless of any debate about the exact platform classification. [R1][R2]

## 4. Placement and product rules

| Allowed | Not allowed |
| --- | --- |
| General editorial/news area, recipe hub, event page or offer marketplace | Inside a symptom entry, cycle prediction, mood check-in, personal insight or safety escalation |
| Clearly labelled sponsor, partner and commercial purpose | Native-looking placement that could be mistaken for NutriSync advice |
| Context based on section, country/language and campaign timing | Targeting based on private health, behavioural or wearable data |
| User-initiated voucher, affiliate click or lead form | Silent transfer of profile attributes or contact details |
| Independent NutriSync ranking and recommendation logic | Payment to improve a product, food, supplement or routine ranking |
| Premium plan with no sponsored inventory | Artificially degrading the free core product to force conversion |
| Campaign review, expiry date and audit trail | Evergreen health claims without review or evidence |

## 5. Partner acceptance screen

A prospect should enter the active radar only when it passes all of the following: clear user benefit; credible brand and product quality; fit with NutriSync's women's-wellbeing scope; operational readiness in Spain; willingness to accept contextual rather than sensitive-data targeting; evidence and claims discipline; clean user experience; and a commercial model that does not require partner access to the recommendation engine or private records.

### Excluded or heavily restricted categories

- Prescription-drug advertising to the public and prescription lead generation. [R3][R4]
- Unregulated hormone, fertility, detox, weight-loss or "hormone-balancing" products.
- GLP-1 or other medicine acquisition campaigns based on body, diet or symptom data.
- Nicotine, alcohol, gambling, adult products and other categories incompatible with the trust proposition.
- Body-shaming, fear-based cosmetic or surgical marketing, and campaigns that exploit insecurity.
- Employer or insurer propositions that request individual-level health, cycle or behavioural data.
- Advertising targeted to minors or inferred vulnerable states.
- Any partner insisting on programmatic ad identifiers, cross-app tracking or hidden data enrichment.

## 6. Company radar at a glance

| Tier | Company | Category | Best role | Spain status |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1A | Essity | Menstrual care | Founding category sponsor | Spain launch |
| 1A | P&G | Feminine care | Major brand / education sponsor | Spain launch |
| 1A | Danone | Nutrition | Content + retail activation | Spain launch |
| 1A | Myprotein | Sports nutrition | Affiliate + challenge sponsor | Spain launch |
| 2 | HelloFresh | Meal kits | International affiliate / content | Not current Spain |
| 1B | Oura | Smart ring / recovery | Integration + premium bundle | Strategic |
| 1B | Garmin | Wearables / fitness | Challenge + integration | Strategic |
| 1B | WHOOP | Recovery / performance | Premium cohort pilot | Strategic |
| 1B | Bayer | Consumer health | Reviewed education / OTC | Regulated |
| 1B | Haleon | Consumer health | Reviewed education / OTC | Regulated |
| 1B | lululemon | Movement / community | Events + co-branding | Strategic |
| 1A | Decathlon | Sport retail | Movement + distribution | Spain launch |
| 1A | Kenvue | Everyday consumer health | Portfolio partnership | Very high; transition |
| 2 | Johnson & Johnson | Medicine / MedTech | Innovation + research | Institutional |

**Tier interpretation:** 1A = begin Spain outreach first; 1B = strong strategic fit after the partner policy and premium proposition are ready; 2 = conditional, international or institutional opportunity rather than the first advertising wave.

## 7. Detailed company profiles

### 7.1 Essity

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1A - launch commercial prospect |
| Category | Menstrual and personal care |
| Best role | Founding category sponsor; education, sampling, coupons and retail activation |
| Why it is on the radar | Essity is a direct strategic fit because its personal-care portfolio includes feminine-care brands and period-care initiatives. It can credibly support practical education, product trial and pharmacy or retail distribution without needing access to NutriSync health profiles. [R6] |
| Recommended first activation | A Spain-first "Period Comfort and Practical Care" series: general education reviewed by NutriSync, clearly labelled sponsorship, optional product sample or voucher, and a pharmacy/retail redemption path. |
| Commercial route | Fixed sponsorship plus production costs; optional voucher redemption or consented referral economics. |
| Main guardrail | Never target from flow, pain, symptoms, cycle phase or inferred need. Do not imply that a hygiene product changes hormones or treats an underlying condition. Treat Essity and P&G as competing category leads; exclusivity cannot be promised to both. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Essity - Practical Period Care, Delivered with Trust.** |

### 7.2 Procter & Gamble

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1A - launch commercial prospect |
| Category | Feminine care and consumer brands |
| Best role | Major brand sponsor; campus, community and consumer education activation |
| Why it is on the radar | P&G has established feminine-care brands including Always and Tampax, as well as mature consumer-marketing and CRM capabilities. This makes it a strong candidate for awareness, education, samples and broad reach. [R7] |
| Recommended first activation | A co-branded "Cycle Confidence" campaign for young adults and working women, combining general education, moderated Q&A content and optional product trial. Distribution could include universities, employers or pharmacies. |
| Commercial route | Campaign sponsorship, category partnership, sampling and redemption; no profile-based media buying. |
| Main guardrail | No product selection from private logs, symptoms or life-stage inference. Claims and product-specific copy require local review. Avoid body-shaming, fear or messaging that turns a normal cycle variation into a sales trigger. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x P&G - Cycle Confidence Without Health-Data Targeting.** |

### 7.3 Danone

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1A - launch commercial prospect |
| Category | Food, nutrition and everyday wellbeing |
| Best role | Nutrition education sponsor; recipes, local food activations and retail partnerships |
| Why it is on the radar | Danone positions its mission around bringing health through food and serves nutritional needs across life stages. The fit is strongest around credible food education, practical recipes and convenient everyday nutrition rather than medical claims. [R8] |
| Recommended first activation | A Spain-localised "Everyday Nutrition Made Practical" series with recipes, shopping guidance and general meal-building education. The partner can fund the series while NutriSync retains editorial and recommendation independence. |
| Commercial route | Fixed content sponsorship, retail activation, event funding and measured coupon redemption. |
| Main guardrail | Paid placement must never improve a food or brand ranking in personal recommendations. Any nutrition or health claim must be authorised and used within its conditions. No inference of deficiency, digestive disorder or hormonal need from user data. [R5] |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Danone - Everyday Nutrition That Fits Real Life.** |

### 7.4 Myprotein

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1A - launch commercial prospect |
| Category | Sports nutrition and e-commerce |
| Best role | Performance-nutrition sponsor; affiliate, bundle and challenge partner |
| Why it is on the radar | Myprotein is a large online sports-nutrition brand with protein, vitamins and supplement ranges and an established direct-to-consumer model. It fits active users, young professionals and women seeking practical performance nutrition. [R9] |
| Recommended first activation | A "Fuel Your Training Week" activation based on general training context, with expert-reviewed education, recipes, a clearly separated offer and an optional partner voucher. |
| Commercial route | Sponsorship plus affiliate or CPA on user-initiated purchases; no hidden lead transfer. |
| Main guardrail | Avoid hormone-balancing, rapid-weight-loss, detox or body-transformation promises. Keep supplement claims within authorised wording, exclude minors from supplement promotions and never target from weight, body composition, food photos or cycle symptoms. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Myprotein - Practical Performance Nutrition for Women.** |

### 7.5 HelloFresh

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 2 - international or future-market prospect; not a current Spain launch target |
| Category | Meal kits and convenient cooking |
| Best role | International meal-planning sponsor, affiliate or co-branded recipe partner |
| Why it is on the radar | The strategic fit remains strong: meal kits reduce planning friction and connect naturally to NutriSync recipes and weekly routines. However, HelloFresh's official Spain cancellation page states that the last delivery date was 17 March 2026. It should therefore be removed from the immediate Spain prospect list and retained for other markets or future re-entry. [R10] |
| Recommended first activation | Outside Spain, test a weekly co-branded meal-plan landing page with an explicit affiliate link. In Spain, use the concept to identify currently operating local meal-kit or prepared-meal partners. |
| Commercial route | Affiliate/CPA or fixed campaign sponsorship where the service is commercially active. |
| Main guardrail | Confirm current market availability and fulfilment before any campaign. Do not promote meals as treatment, and do not send dietary restrictions, meal history or health information to the partner. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x HelloFresh - A Future International Convenience-Nutrition Partnership.** |

### 7.6 Oura

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1B - strategic premium ecosystem prospect |
| Category | Smart ring, sleep and recovery |
| Best role | Integration, bundle, referral and women's-health innovation partner |
| Why it is on the radar | Oura actively presents partnerships with women's-health platforms and is closely aligned with sleep, recovery and longitudinal physiological context. The value is deeper than media inventory: it can strengthen the NutriSync premium proposition and credibility of connected signals. [R11] |
| Recommended first activation | A small premium cohort pilot combining an approved Oura connection, source-attributed insights and a co-branded education series on sleep and recovery. A device referral or bundle can be offered separately. |
| Commercial route | Joint pilot funding, referral/bundle economics, co-marketing and integration partnership. |
| Main guardrail | Oura data must never be used to choose advertisements. Preserve provenance, comply with API/contract restrictions and do not reinterpret Oura scores as clinical facts or as NutriSync-owned measures. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Oura - Women's Daily Rhythm, Sleep and Recovery.** |

### 7.7 Garmin

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1B - strategic ecosystem prospect |
| Category | Wearables, fitness and women's health |
| Best role | Connected-device, challenge, referral and research partner |
| Why it is on the radar | Garmin supports women's-health tracking, pregnancy tracking and fitness/wellness experiences in Garmin Connect. It offers a broader sports and everyday-activity audience than specialist recovery devices. [R12] |
| Recommended first activation | A "Move With Your Rhythm" challenge using user-authorised activity data only for the NutriSync experience, with a separate general campaign and optional device referral. |
| Commercial route | Co-funded challenge, integration partnership, device referral and corporate-wellness collaboration. |
| Main guardrail | No use of imported workouts, heart rate, pregnancy or cycle information for commercial targeting. Validate licensing and allowed uses before combining Garmin data with NutriSync analytics. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Garmin - Movement, Recovery and Women's Health in One Trusted Journey.** |

### 7.8 WHOOP

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1B - specialist performance prospect |
| Category | Recovery, sleep and performance coaching |
| Best role | Premium pilot, athlete/community activation and referral partner |
| Why it is on the radar | WHOOP centres its proposition on personalised coaching and actionable insights across recovery, sleep, training and health. It fits NutriSync's higher-engagement performance and recovery segment, particularly active professionals and athletes. [R13] |
| Recommended first activation | A limited "Recovery in Real Life" pilot for highly active users, pairing source-attributed WHOOP context with self-reported energy and NutriSync-approved nutrition/recovery routines. |
| Commercial route | Pilot sponsorship, membership referral, co-marketing and ambassador activation. |
| Main guardrail | Do not convert low recovery scores into diagnosis or commercial urgency. Respect provider terms, keep score meanings attributed, and avoid presenting the cohort as representative of all women. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x WHOOP - Recovery Intelligence for Active Women.** |

### 7.9 Bayer

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1B - regulated consumer-health prospect |
| Category | Consumer health and women's/vaginal health |
| Best role | Non-promotional education, OTC/consumer-health sponsorship and innovation dialogue |
| Why it is on the radar | Bayer's consumer-health portfolio includes science-backed self-care areas, including vaginal health and medicated skincare. This creates a credible but regulated route for general education and selected consumer-health campaigns. [R14] |
| Recommended first activation | Begin with a non-promotional educational series on when self-care is appropriate and when professional advice is needed. Product promotion, if any, should be a separate legally reviewed module. |
| Commercial route | Fixed educational sponsorship, public-health campaign funding or consumer-health brand activation. |
| Main guardrail | No public promotion of prescription medicines. OTC and medical-device advertising must pass Spain-specific legal review. Never target by symptoms, diagnosis, medication, fertility, pregnancy or inferred condition. [R3][R4] |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Bayer Consumer Health - Responsible Women's Self-Care Education.** |

### 7.10 Haleon

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1B - regulated consumer-health prospect |
| Category | OTC consumer health, vitamins, pain and digestive health |
| Best role | General wellbeing education and selected consumer-health sponsorship |
| Why it is on the radar | Haleon has a broad consumer-health portfolio spanning vitamins/minerals/supplements, pain relief, digestive health and other self-care categories. That breadth creates several campaign options, but it also requires strict category and claims governance. [R15] |
| Recommended first activation | A general "Everyday Self-Care Literacy" series focused on reading labels, safe use, escalation and questions to ask a pharmacist, with any product campaign clearly separated. |
| Commercial route | Educational sponsorship, pharmacist activation, consumer campaign and optional voucher where lawful. |
| Main guardrail | No symptom-triggered product ads, prescription promotion or unreviewed comparative claims. Supplements and health claims require authorised wording; user health data cannot be used to select a brand message. [R3-R5] |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Haleon - Everyday Health Literacy, Clearly and Responsibly.** |

### 7.11 lululemon

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1B - community and premium brand prospect |
| Category | Movement, mindfulness and community wellbeing |
| Best role | Co-branded classes, ambassadors, community events and content sponsorship |
| Why it is on the radar | lululemon funds and supports initiatives in movement, mindfulness and community wellbeing. Its strongest NutriSync fit is experiential branding and community activation rather than conventional display advertising. [R16] |
| Recommended first activation | A co-branded Madrid or Barcelona event series combining movement, mobility, mindfulness and moderated women's-wellbeing education, supported by ambassadors and a NutriSync trial code. |
| Commercial route | Event sponsorship, co-marketing, ambassador content and member acquisition. |
| Main guardrail | Avoid aesthetic pressure, body-shaping claims and exclusionary performance language. Do not infer apparel size, body goal, mood or cycle state from NutriSync data. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x lululemon - Movement and Mindfulness for Real Life.** |

### 7.12 Decathlon

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1A - launch commercial and distribution prospect |
| Category | Accessible sport, equipment and retail distribution |
| Best role | Founding movement partner; events, challenges, equipment bundles and retail reach |
| Why it is on the radar | Decathlon's broad product range, physical retail footprint and focus on getting more people active make it a strong Spain-first activation and distribution candidate. It can support inclusive movement without requiring a narrow elite-athlete positioning. [R17] |
| Recommended first activation | A "Movement for Every Day" campaign with local beginner-friendly classes, equipment checklists, a NutriSync trial code and optional store or e-commerce offer. |
| Commercial route | Category sponsorship, event funding, affiliate/CPA, retail distribution and employee/community pilots. |
| Main guardrail | Paid products cannot be inserted into personal recommendations as if clinically or algorithmically preferred. Avoid fixed claims that every cycle phase requires the same activity change. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Decathlon - Make Daily Movement Easier for Every Woman.** |

### 7.13 Kenvue

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 1A - very high consumer-health prospect |
| Category | Everyday care, skin health, self-care and menstrual health |
| Best role | Consumer-health sponsorship, sampling, pharmacy distribution and women's-care programming |
| Why it is on the radar | Kenvue is the consumer-health company that separated fully from Johnson & Johnson in 2023. Its portfolio spans self-care, skin health/beauty and essential health, including menstrual health. This is the better entity for everyday consumer advertising, offers and product partnerships. [R18][R19] |
| Recommended first activation | "NutriSync x Kenvue - Women's Everyday Care Partnership": a portfolio-level programme covering practical self-care education, selected samples or vouchers, pharmacist signposting and optional community activations. |
| Commercial route | Multi-brand sponsorship, category partnership, sampling, affiliate/redemption and distribution. |
| Main guardrail | Kenvue is subject to a pending acquisition by Kimberly-Clark, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 as of the latest company update; verify the current decision owner before outreach. Keep OTC/product advertising legally reviewed and never use sensitive profiles for targeting. [R20] |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Kenvue - Women's Everyday Care Partnership.** |

### 7.14 Johnson & Johnson

| Field | Recommendation |
| --- | --- |
| Priority | Priority 2 - strategic institutional prospect, not a primary consumer advertiser |
| Category | Innovative Medicine, MedTech, maternal health and health equity |
| Best role | Innovation, research, health-equity, maternal-health and clinical-validation partner |
| Why it is on the radar | Johnson & Johnson is now a focused healthcare company centred on Innovative Medicine and MedTech, while maintaining maternal-health and global-health-equity programmes. Its strongest fit is strategic collaboration, evidence generation and non-promotional education - not everyday consumer-brand advertising. [R21-R23] |
| Recommended first activation | "NutriSync x Johnson & Johnson - Women's Health Innovation Partnership": a scoped research or innovation programme around trustworthy digital engagement, maternal-health education, health equity, professional pathways or validation of user experience and safety. |
| Commercial route | Innovation grant, sponsored research, strategic pilot, health-equity programme or non-promotional education funding. |
| Main guardrail | Do not position this as a prescription-drug advertising or patient-lead channel. Medical, legal, privacy and ethics governance must be explicit, and individual NutriSync records must never be disclosed without a separate research or care consent framework. |
| Partnership line | **NutriSync x Johnson & Johnson - Women's Health Innovation Partnership.** |

## 8. Wider prospect pools

The radar should not be limited to household brands. Several high-value channels are better treated as distribution, referral or institutional partners rather than advertisers.

| Prospect pool | Best opportunity | Non-negotiable boundary |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Pharmacies and e-pharmacies | Trusted distribution, vouchers, pharmacist education, launch codes | Do not share individual health profiles; product advertising needs review. |
| Nutrition clinics and dietitians | Professional referral, verified content, pilot recruitment | Professional access must be explicit, scoped and revocable. |
| Fertility, pregnancy and menopause clinics | Care pathway and education partnerships | Not conventional advertising; no inferred life-stage targeting. |
| Diagnostic laboratories | Educational pathways and research pilots | No test-selling from symptoms; strong consent and medical governance. |
| Employers and corporate wellbeing | B2B2C distribution and sponsored access | Employer never sees individual health, cycle or behavioural records. |
| Insurers and health plans | Member benefit and preventive-wellbeing distribution | No underwriting, pricing or eligibility use of individual NutriSync data. |
| Universities and nursing/medical schools | Workshops, pilot cohorts and trusted ambassadors | Age eligibility, research ethics and separation from academic assessment. |
| Supermarkets and healthy-food retailers | Recipe activation, offers and shopping education | No paid food-ranking inside personal recommendations. |
| Gyms, Pilates and yoga studios | Classes, local challenges and trial codes | Avoid body-pressure messaging and unsafe phase-based prescriptions. |
| Sleep and mental-wellbeing apps | Co-marketing, bundles and content collaboration | No mood inference or cross-app sensitive profiling. |

## 9. Partnership packages to take to market

| Package | What is included | Commercial basis |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Founding Category Partner | 6-12 month visible association with one defined category, launch assets, approved educational series and activation rights. | Fixed partnership fee + production + agreed activation budget; exclusivity priced separately. |
| Sponsored Education Series | Three to eight expert-reviewed articles/cards/videos with clear sponsorship labels and expiry/review dates. | Fixed content fee; no payment for recommendation ranking. |
| Community Challenge or Event | A time-bound movement, cooking, sleep or wellbeing activation with a trial code and optional physical event. | Event sponsorship + production + verified activation metrics. |
| Offers and Consented Referral | Voucher, sample, affiliate purchase or lead form initiated by the user, with the partner and transferred fields shown before submission. | CPA, redemption fee or consented CPL; no hidden data enrichment. |
| Institutional Innovation Pilot | Research, validation, care-pathway or health-equity collaboration with defined protocol, governance and evidence outputs. | Pilot funding, grant, sponsored research or strategic partnership fee. |

Do not publish a rate card before the pilot audience, engagement and production effort are understood. The first media kit should show package architecture, illustrative deliverables and measurement definitions, with pricing marked **subject to scope and pilot validation**.

## 10. Spain-first outreach sequence

### Wave 0 - internal readiness
- Approve the commercial trust covenant, excluded categories and claims workflow.
- Define where sponsored content may appear and keep it outside personal insights and safety flows.
- Produce a one-page partner proposition, a short deck, sample sponsor cards and a consented-lead screen.
- Nominate the commercial approval group: CMO/founder, product, privacy/legal and clinical/claims reviewer.

### Wave 1 - first six Spain conversations
**Essity, P&G, Danone, Decathlon, Kenvue and Myprotein.** These cover menstrual care, nutrition, movement, consumer health and performance nutrition. They also provide a useful test of three different routes: brand sponsorship, experiential/distribution partnership and affiliate commerce.

### Wave 2 - strategic ecosystem and regulated consumer health
**Oura, Garmin, WHOOP, Haleon, Bayer Consumer Health and lululemon.** These discussions need a more mature premium proposition, integration policy or regulatory workflow.

### Wave 3 - institutional and channel partnerships
Pharmacy groups, clinics, employers, universities, laboratories, insurers and **Johnson & Johnson** for innovation, research or health-equity collaboration. HelloFresh remains on the international/future-market list, not the Spain launch list.

### Functions to approach
- Spain/Iberia brand marketing or partnerships.
- Corporate affairs, social impact or community wellbeing.
- E-commerce, affiliate or retail activation teams.
- Innovation, external innovation or digital health.
- Medical affairs only for non-promotional education, claims review or research collaboration.
- Employer benefits, university relations or professional-channel teams where relevant.

## 11. Core partner pitch

> NutriSync is building a daily women's-wellbeing platform that connects nutrition, movement, recovery and cycle or life-stage context in one trusted experience. We are not selling a health-data audience. We are offering a small number of selected partners a clearly labelled, high-trust environment in which they can fund useful education, community activations, offers and voluntary referrals. Private health and behavioural data never enters the advertising decision, partners never buy recommendation ranking, and the premium plan is fully ad-free. The result is a more credible way to reach women while protecting the trust that makes the relationship valuable in the first place.

### What NutriSync is selling
Trusted reach, useful context, editorial or event production, brand association, distribution, voluntary action and measurable activation.

### What NutriSync is not selling
A list of women with symptoms, a cycle-phase audience, a fertility or pregnancy segment, body or meal data, wearable records, medical intent, recommendation influence or hidden access to personal profiles.

## 12. Governance and operating model

| Control | Required operation |
| --- | --- |
| Commercial approval | CMO/founder, product, privacy/legal and clinical/claims review for regulated categories. |
| Partner register | Legal entity, brands, countries, purposes, campaign dates, data flow, claims, contracts and owner. |
| Recommendation firewall | Commercial systems cannot change personal ranking, insights, safety thresholds or model outputs. |
| No programmatic SDK at launch | Direct campaign configuration managed inside NutriSync; no third-party behavioural ad network. |
| Data minimisation | Contextual campaign rules use only approved non-sensitive inputs; leads contain only fields the user submits. |
| Content lifecycle | Evidence source, reviewer, approval date, market, expiry date and takedown route. |
| User controls | Hide/dismiss, sponsor label, why-this-message explanation, premium ad-free option and complaint route. |
| Audit and incident response | Placement logs, consent receipts, partner access logs, rapid suspension and post-incident review. |
| Conflict transparency | Sponsored content cannot masquerade as independent clinical, editorial or algorithmic recommendation. |

## 13. Measurement framework

| Dimension | Measures |
| --- | --- |
| Commercial | Sponsorship revenue, revenue per active user, affiliate/CPA contribution, premium conversion and partner renewal. |
| User value | Content completion, voluntary offer engagement, event participation, trial activation and repeat use. |
| Trust | Sponsor-card dismissal, complaints, trust pulse, premium churn, opt-out rate and perceived relevance. |
| Consent quality | Lead-form completion, withdrawal, invalid consent, support requests and percentage of fields explicitly shown. |
| Safety/compliance | Percentage of claims reviewed, expired assets, placement violations, sensitive-data incidents and campaign suspensions. |
| Partner value | Verified reach, opt-in leads, redemption, conversion, brand lift and acquisition cost by channel. |

Do not describe a sponsored campaign as improving health outcomes unless that outcome was measured under an appropriate study design. Engagement, redemption and self-reported usefulness are not clinical effectiveness.

## 14. Ninety-day execution plan

| Period | Deliverables |
| --- | --- |
| Days 1-15 | Approve policy, exclusions, trust copy, placement map, lead-consent pattern and commercial governance. |
| Days 16-30 | Create partner one-pager, 8-10 slide pitch, sample sponsor cards, package sheet, claims checklist and campaign brief template. |
| Days 31-60 | Open the first six conversations; document buyer, budget cycle, category conflicts, Spain decision rights and preferred pilot. |
| Days 61-75 | Select one low-risk pilot. Decathlon or Danone is preferable for the first live test; run legal/privacy/product review. |

## Final recommendation

Proceed with the partner radar, but build it as a **trusted sponsorship and activation business**, not as an ad-tech business. Keep the premium plan completely ad-free. Use direct deals, strict category acceptance, contextual selection, explicit lead consent and a hard firewall around private data and recommendations.

Begin with the six Spain-first prospects. Treat Kenvue and Johnson & Johnson separately. Kenvue is the stronger consumer-brand and everyday-care opportunity; Johnson & Johnson is the stronger innovation, research and health-equity opportunity. The first live campaign should be low risk and non-medical so NutriSync can prove both user acceptance and operating discipline before entering regulated consumer-health campaigns.
